Hi Mariam, I am so very sorry about the loss of your grand mother. It's plain to see that you loved her very much. What a truly touching tribute you have created at your site for her. My family believes that as long as the memory of our loved one remains within us, they still live with us. I feel certain your grand mother is well pleased with your loving memorial to her. Life is so hard at times, especially when we lose those we love. I have four close family members in the military that I worry about (one is my eldest son), and I have a cousin, named John, who was vacationing in Thailand and is now missing.

This is a beautiful and heartfelt poem. I lost my Granny more than 20 years ago and I feel her presence with me to this day. I think grandparents are gifts not only to their grandchildren, but to their children. I say that as a mother watching my parents with my children.
